We finaly changed our shift rotation a few years ago. The company required a passing vote of 75 percent. Our Union normaly requires a simple majority (51%)to decide issues. In retrospect, requiring 75% approval for making a shift change
was wise thing to do, as it then had an overwhelming majority in favor of change.
