NEED 12hr rotating (staff) schedule

Posted by CO1 on April 02, 2002 at 05:55:51:

We currently work a 12hr schedule of two days, two nights followed by four days off. As the schedule is now you work with the same person all the time. We are happy with the two days & two nights but we would like to adjust the days off so that the people you work with rotate and you eventually end up working with everyone over the course of a couple of months. BTW does anyone know where to get a scheduling program so I can figure this out? Thanks.
