Thanks for response.
I am lately becoming more of a "night owl" which suits my job (music), although sometimes I still wake in the 7 am (after 3h of sleep) and feel right awake - it gets me afternoon.
Anyway I am gonna stick to my schedule and avoid shifts of any kind - I am just not that kind of a person.
