I will be doing some work on this for you.
Here is a tidbit of help. Make sure when you do sleep try and sleep at least 7 hours without getting up.(bathrooms excluted) Try and keep the best schedual you can and be consistant.
Talk to your doctor about phototherapy for the periods of extended nightshift work.
