Days and Nights Same week

Does anyone here have this?
I really need some help because this has blown up here at work and my job is being threatened because I brought this up to my boss and HR department

I have worked 16 months on this schedule,
w 10am-830pm/ th 8pm-630am/ f 8pm-630am/ sat 8pm-630am

How is this legal?
A)I haven't had a thur, fri, or sat night off in 16months
B)I have changed my sleep pattern 132 separate times in 16months
C) I work a week longer each year because I have no monday holidays due to monday being my usual off day
D) Only the single people at work have to work a night or weekend shift and those that have a significant other are given priority over single people with more seniority. This keeps the single people single because they have no weekends to meet someone
E) The shifts have not changed, except for employee turnover, for more than 32months and even some 5am shift workers are starting to show signs of shift exhaustion
F) We have to request all days off at least 1 month in advance
G) No management has EVER worked night shift
H) There is no extra pay for nights
I) We are evaluated by work QA and everyone with an odd shift is in more danger of losing their job than the day workers

What in the world can I do? We have 9 people of which 5 are looking for other jobs.
