bizarre rotating schedule - need some sleep tips

Posted by tired, tired, tired on May 29, 2002 at 23:00:39:

We work a slightly strange rotating shift.
M - F 4pm-12pm
Sun-Thurs am - 11:30pm - 9am
Sat - Sun - 8:30am-4:30pm
M - W 4pm-12pm
then 4 days off
M - F 8:30am - 4:30pm
I really have difficulties sleeping after my night shifts and changing from nights, to das, to afternoons in a 4 day period.
Any suggestions other than finding a new day job!!
