5 days/24 hours M-F 2 shift work schedule

Does any one presently work at or know of a work schedule for 24/5 with 2 shifts with shift rotations?
This is Monday morning till Saturday morning.
We are presently working with 3-8 hour shifts without rotation and have 3 people per shift. It is getting very hard to find people for the night shifts.
Most places use 2 shifts on a 24/7 schedule but we are not there yet.
