new 12hr shift roster

hello have just found this forum and find it very useful..
because we are at a stage at our work where we want to change our roster... we are currently doing 2nights 24 hour break and then 2 days and then 4 days off but we start at 7p on the 4th day.. they are 12hrs each. We have came up with a new roster which will involve working 4 days straight 4 days off then working 4 nights and having 5 days off can u please tell me what u guys think of that shift thank u in advance
