Need 24/7 10 hour schedule to submit

We are currently changing from 12 hour dupont ( 7a to 7p and 7p to 7a ) schedule and going to precint or district type policing. Chief wants an 8 or 10 hour shift, BUT NO 12 Hour shifts. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomodate her so we work 10 hour shifts, 168 hours in a 28 day cycle and also have In-service and court on duty? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
