12 hr shifts

i work 12 hr shifts in a power plant. 4 shifts on 6 days off. 2 night shifts then 2 day shifts. time off is good but always tired, been doing this for 20 yrs. anyone have same schedule, and problems. the quick turnaround shift is a pain in the neck.
