shift paln for 4 people 24/7

Hi,

i need a shift plan ASAP for 4 people in shift working 24/7. The criteria is any one of these four people should be avaialbe in shift at any given point of time. I am looking for 8 hour shift plan but any shift hours wi8ll help now. This is URGENT. i would really appreciate if someone can help me
