My workmate has proposed a 10 hr shift. We are currently on an 8 hr one. Basically it looks good and works as on a 5 day on 5 day off or 4 day on 4 day off basis for a period of 8/6 weeks. We are 8 members and have been split up to 4 teams. The nightshift always has 2 staff and mornings and afternoons there are times when there's only 1 on (like for 3 hrs) but it is a 24/7 roster. If you wish I can go into details and try draw one up on this board.
