3 Crews

Ok..I'm still trying.. I would like to know if there is a shift for 3 crew,24/7 coverage. Presently working 7 on 3off, 7 on 4 off , 8 hour shifts.
Would like to go to either a 10 or 12. Have to stay with 3 crews.
