AG, do you know your staffing levels needed around-the-clock? You state 3 crews, but is it possible that you have 4-men on each crew which, for instance, equals 12-people. You could divide them into 4-crews of 3-men each, if work processes would allow. Then you could schedule the 12-hour shift. With 4-crews, you would average 42-hours per week. With less crews, you would have much higher levels of overtime. You might also be able to do some creative peak-load scheduling if the added staff is needed at certain hours of-the-day. I'm working on an informative website to illustrate various scheduling options, but it's still in a rough state. <
