Our department requires two persons per shift. I have looked into continental shifts which would allow for every other weekend off. Unfortunately, this means the same two people will be working together FOREVER ! This did not appeal to some of the workers who are used to working with different people. The current 12 hour shift schedule is a 12 week rotation where you work 8 out of 12 weekends. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
