I work in a comm center that at full staff has 12 people. We have been staffed with 9 people and that includes the director taking a shift. We recently went to 10 hr 4 on 3 off. This seems to work best with the shift workers, so we can have one day to recuperate and 2 days off. Does anybody have any suggestions about 10hr schedules for 9 and 10 people?? We have some but they don't seem to work for everyone and the person making these schedules seems to make them work to thier advantage.
