Our plant currently has 4 crews on the 8 hr. 21 turn schedule with forced 4 hr.overtime with call ins. We would like to find a new schedule with 10 or 12 hrs. We're looking for more time off and alittle less overtime. Does anyone know where you can find a site showing different types of schedules for 10 and 12 hr shifts? Or does anyone have any ideas for these type of schedules?
