Week 1: (starting Mon) 2 dayshifts, 2 night shifts, Fri-Sunday off
Week 2: Mon-Tue off, 2 days shifts, 3 nights
Week3: Mon-Thu off, Days on Fri, Sat and Sun
Week 4: 2 dayshifts, Wednesday-Sunday off.

Total number of shifts worked in the 28 days period is 14.
