Currently we are on a 8hr shift starting from 5am and ending at 1am, 7days a week. Some of the employees do not get a chance to get weekends off. I need help creating a schedule to least give the employees that don't receive weekends off at least one weekend a month so that my senior employees still will get majority of there weekends off. I think I might go to 4 days on then 3 off and rotate to 3 on then 4 off? Need help with creating this schedule?????
