we currently work 365 24/7 8 hour pattern with 6 shifts. we do 7 nights, 2 restdays, 7 lates, 2 rest days, 7 earlies, 11 restdays, 4 flexi days,2 rest days. does anybody have an alternative as we are due to review this pattern? we no longer like the 7 continuous shifts!!
