We are trying to develop a new schedule and our employer is not making it easy...any ideas?
4 fulltime techs, one is a 0.9 and we have opening for 2- 0.5 positions. We currently work 8 hr days and 10hr nights. Eventually we will be moving to 12hr nights. We haven't decided if we should start 12hr nights now, or later...we can't seem to come up with a schedule. We currently work 5 days / 5 nights a week. 2 wks of days, 1 wk of nights.
