Posted by Michelle on March 17, 2007 at 20:08:24:I have had ongoing (6 and a half months) trouble switching my sleep schedule back to a midnight to 9 am rhythm. Currently I am sleeping between 5am and noon. I adopted this pattern about a year ago.
I make several resolutions to change, but always end up staying up and waking up late. It deffinately effects my life. I'm writing on this forum to get support.
