Hi all
MY company has just put us on 24 hours but not seven days a week ,im pushing for 2 days /2 nights 12 hour shifts.
The shifts we are on are
6-2 mon to fri,weekend off,22.00- 06.00 mon to fri,sunday in 07.00-16.00 . 14.00-22.00 mon to fri ,weekend off ,08.00-16.00 mon to fri ,sat in 06.00-18.00 and then back to the start.
Ive only been on these for a month a feeel drained allready ,has anybody had experience of this bizarre pattern.
