I just pulled my first mid shift (Sun-Tues.). I slept yesterday, after my last mid shift from 7am-3pm. Went to bed with hubby at 9:45 pm. Woke up when he got up at 4 am but went back to sleep until 8 am. Got up on my first day off to wait around for the spa guy, but I really, REALLY want to go back to bed and know I will have no problem falling asleep. Is it ok to just go with it and get some sleep on my day off? I start three days of day shifts on Saturday.
