24/5 shift roster

My current employer is looking to have 24/5 coverage mon/fri
at the moment we work mon to fri daywork 8 hour shifts 7am -3pm then the following week we work mon/fri afternoon shift 3-11pm.We have two shift teams of 5 persons rotating from week to week plus we have permanent daywork team consisting off 6 persons all up 16 of us.Now the company has asked us if we could put a permanent nightshift on 11pm-7am mon/fri .
We are looking at increasing manning to 20 ie 4 shifts 5 per shift is there anyone that could possibly help us to create a 24/5 roster mon/fri that would work with 12 hour or 10 hour shifts any feedback would be much appreciated.
