I expect people to work ten hours a day, sometimes 6 days a week. I am not a slave driver, just offering a high paying job in a third world country.

My problem, how can I expect people to exceed expectations when their mind and body just gives out. My top agents earn well, but work very hard and are tired. I can see that it affects their social and personal lives.

How can I help them enjoy a proper balance of life and work? All I want is for everyone to be happy.
