I understand your frustration. Have you tried talking with whoever makes the schedual and suggested that they maybe make exceptions on holidays so you don't get stuck working them all?
I usually offer to work on holiday, but I am single with no kids and not religious. Most of my coworkers have families and I don't mind giving them time with them. My family is really good about celebrating the holidays that they want on nights when I have off, as my mother also works graveshifts.
I would start by explaining your situation to your supervisor, or even see if one of the other workers would be willing to switch a shift with you so you would have some time on those important nights. We can't all take off every holiday but I find it very unfair that you are getting stuck with so much of the holiday work.
