We have the chance to come up with a schedule and would like to do it right. The requirements are too minimize OT, rotate equally for all employees. Basically 2 twelve hour shift workers with 2 others on some sort of 8 or 10 hour schedule too support the 12 hour shift worker is a current proposal.
