I sleep fairly well but I have to get up at 3am to fly out of state for an important job interview which will end at 4pm that day. Is there any way I can prepare myself for this so I am alert and my brain is functioning properly? I can't fall asleep during my interview! I have only one week to prepare myself and appreciate any help.
