My husband has changed to a permanent night schedule and can not seem to figure out a sleep schedule that works for him on his days off. He wants to be able to get 6-8 hours a sleep and still have a life on the days he doesn't work. His Schedule is 12 hour shifts from 6am to 6pm and the days he works rotate every two weeks. So, one week he works Mon Tue is off Wed and Th and then works Fri Sat and Sun, and the next week he is off Mon Tues works Wed Th and is off Fri Sat and Sun. Any Advice from others in similar situations would be appreciated. Thanks!
