I am in need of some help. I have been going through all the forums and haven't found a schedule that is similar to the request from my staff. Here is what we have...4 people to work 24/7 (only 1 person is needed on duty 24/7)...problem...all 4 want 8hr shifts ON THE SAME SHIFT!! So each person has their own prefrence 3rd, 1st, 2nd and they do not want to switch shifts at all. They do not mind working 12hr shifts on the weekend, but most of them go to school or has to babysit so they can't do 12hr shifts during the week. I do have a "5th" person but due to our requirements this person can only work 1st or 2nd shifts M-F.

As the person who implements the schedule, I want to help these guys out, but I'm have problems with this one...Does anyone have a shift where 4 people work 8hr shifts 24/7 and do not rotate the shift they work?
