I have several solutions to this one. This is a 80-hour pay period schedule. Your 36 the first week then 44 the second week. It is hard to format a schedule in free text. If you rewrite this in Excel or even by had the days of the week will line up.Here is the schedule:
T=12's, L=11's
Slot 1-T-T-T-x- x -x -x (3 12's, 7 days off)
Slot 2-x-x-x-L-L- L- L (11's and 7 on)
Slot 3-x-x-x-x-T -T -T (3 12's four days off)
Slot 4-L-L-L-L-x -x -x (four 11's and 3 days off)
Slot 5-x-x-T-T-x -x -x (5 and 6 stardard 12's)
Slot 6-T-T-x-x-T -T -T
Slots 1 and 2=80hr pay periods
Same for slot 3 and 4
______________________________
Option 2 (t=12hr shift. This is basic 12's w/2 8's)
Slot 1-x-x-t-t-x-x-x (days)
Slot 2-t-t-x-x-t-t-t (days)
Slot 3-x-x-t-t-x-x-x (mids)
Slot 4-t-t-x-x-t-t-t (mids)
Slot 5-M-F days
Slot 6-M-F eves
Slot 5 and 6 could be Tues-Sat depending on the nature of your work and hours of demand. Slots 1-4 are basic 12's. If you work slots 5 and 6 like slots 1 and 2, they can work noon-mid giving you double coverage 12 hours a day 7 days a week.
