Posted by Sunnie70 on December 30, 2008 at 16:40:09:I've been working the third shift for awhile now and I've kinda gotten used to it, but I'm wondering what the optimal amount of sleep is to get when I get home in the morning if I don't have to work the following night. I've tried looking up the sleep cycles so that I could make sure not to interrupt one (since I've heard it's not good for you) but I can't find anything. If anyone has any links they could give me on sleep cycles and how long they last it would be great.
