I need some help.
I work swing shift and get home at 12:30AM get to bed at 1:30 if all goes well. My wife gets up at 4:30AM to go to work and I have to get up to take my son to school at 7:00AM and watch my baby girl till 9:30AM when her mom gets back home. I then try to get back to sleep so that I can leave home at 3:00 PM to go back to work.
It's very difficult to sleep this second shift and don't know what amount of sleep I should be trying to get when going back to bed. Anyone got any suggestions?
