Posted by casi on March 21, 2009 at 04:12:44:Our company is 24/7 and we currently have four teams of 6 operators and a supervior working 4 on 4 off, 2 x day shifts 7am-7pm and 2 x nightshifts 7pm - 7am. We are looking at revamping the roster as staff are not really effective and concentration levels are very poor when 12hr shifts are being worked. We're thinking of introducing a new roster. Please help with any suggestions!!
