Am curious how many of you titrate CPAP to eliminate UAR or Increased WOB seen in the chest/abd.
In my case, the RDI is often times 0 at different pressures as I am increasing to eliminate the UAR. This is cool with our docs, but wonder if this is done in other places. Our Medical Director is relatively uninterested and have complete autonomy as long as we achieve good results.
