Yes, we titrate to elimate any signs of UARS too. I know exactly what you mean about the RDI being 0 but that doesn't necessarily mean the patient is at the optimal pressure. Once we've controlled the pts apnea/hypopneas, we titrate for snoring, EEG arousals, a stable SpO2, increased work of breathing, etc... It sounds like you know what you're doing. Does anyone do titrations differently and if so, what?
