No. Sounds about the same. Except that we use the P-tach and have learned that a "rabbit" ear on the exhalation portion of the airflow or unfiltered channel of the P-tach can indicate mild airway obstuction. Then we will make sure that the mask fit is really good or increase the pressure by 1.0cwp. That seems to resolve it.
