That's the nice thing about the nasal pressure transducers is that they can pick up on UARS much more than thermisters can. I was a doubter myself until our lab switched and I could see the difference myself. Our medical director here is a firm believer in them just for this reason. Everybody who's anybody is using them now lol... :) I think the AASM recommends labs use pressure transducers now for accreditation as well.....
