Beware Boogie, many states are requiring more to get into the sleep field. Many are requiring sleep techs to hold a license in respiratory therapy. Many will only hire RPSGT's or sleep techs who are eligible to take the RPSGT exam. If you're lucky, you can get in now before a lot of permanent changes are made. This field is changing and strictly OJT techs are going to be a thing of the past. My credentials are as above and I make around $25/hr.
