We do 3 different kinds of splits with different protocols....One is a medicare split which is mandated @ 30 events. We do a standard HMO split which is 20/hr and we do a Mandatory Split which calls for splitting the patient as soon as they have 5 events.....

Hope this helps (although it seems like it might be more of a hindrance. I know its hell trying to keep all 3 straight.)
