Don, I highly recommend "The Atlas of Clinical Polysomnography" by Nic Butkov. These books helped me pass the exam without a doubt. If you don't already have them, I strongly suggest seeing if your lab will purchase them. They're $225 for the set (two large black books) and are worth every penny. I still use them as reference books as do the other techs and my medical director. They're easy to read and have lots of real tracings with clear, concise explanations.
