Haven't heard of that program in a while.
I don't know who makes it, but it was part of the research study for the Narcolepsy drug Modafinil (Provigil). Perhaps that will give you a lead. HA! Just remembering patients slumped back asleep at the computer while the "car" plows through cow after cow. What a great concept.
