Hi Troy, thanks for your reply, I score apneas the same way. and have seen the Journal article. A rumor I heard was that in some regions in a clinical setting, rather than a research setting, apneas and hypopneas were not differentiated therefore it was much easier to meet Medicare guidelines. I think events with 50% reduction of airflow with arousal and/or desaturation counted. Any comment on that? Also have you a comment on the flow tranducers, are you relacing your thermocouples.
