Whatever you pay for the scoring, you should realize that when outsourcing your scoring, you are very much relying on the experience and ethics of the scorer. Anyone can set up a shingle to score studies. They should be an RPSGT and agree to have the scoring initially and periodically audited by a reliable 3rd party.
