I don't know about Chicago but in Dallas there seems to be too many sleep labs and not enough patients. I have a friend who keeps getting called off because they have no patients. It's an outpatient facility so that probably has something to do with it (i.e. the reimbursement isn't good for outpatient sleep labs) or so I'm told.
