Thank you for the tips. We are currently booked out about a week and a half. I spoke with a friend at another lab (far away from us) and they are scheduling patients into May already!

Marketing to other PCP's, dentists, ect.. is a great idea but I feel we have to have the help of our medical director who isn't interested in talking with other physicians. In my opinion, a good medical director who is board-certified in sleep is the key to a successful and busy sleep center. That, along with well trained and compassionate sleep technologists is what keeps the patient volume growing.
