Tachcardia Vtach o2 as low as 49%

Doc says I wimped oyt and to Buch up on the hard cases what do you think?
16 y/o male 328 lbs presented to lab.
At sleep onset patient had 120 sec obs apnea. Tachy at 138. o2 sat down to 70% next event only 55 seconds desat down to 49% sinus Tach 150 then 9 seconds V-tach 100bpm. ordering Doc called o2 given to patient. placed patient on CPAP, no responce patient moved to BiPap o2 sat maintained at 70% apneas continue Pt now taxhy at 120 bpm.
15 sec Vtach, not responding to Bipap ordering Doc called admitted to CCU.
Nero Doc tells me I wimped out next time we need to see how bad bad can get before I call an ordering Doc and that I needed to Butch up and be a man?
would any of you have sit on this patient?
