We have a set of policies covering CPAP/Bilevel PAP, retitrations, supplemental O2 use etc. Its too long to post here but if you can provide a fax# I'll send you a copy. They are comprehensive and cover even the small details of titration for OSA, hypoventilation, UARS, neuromuscular disease and procedures to prevent or alleviate pt. tolerance problems.
