I agree that the technician should have the option to score studies at night. What I am a fan of is scoring the same study that I am watching. That really keeps the techs focused on the patients that they should be watching anyway. Usually if you have the tech do tech updates every 20 minutes or so, they can quickly go back and score that previous 20 minutes rapidly, since they were watching it anyway. Obviously many situations come up during the night, but I am a fan of scoring studies as they go.
